Goodwill places someone in a good job |
Job Development and Placement Services Goodwill’s Job Development and Placement Services allows an individual to work one-on-one with an employment specialist to determine goals and evaluation objectives needed to gain meaningful employment. Participants enrolled in this program generally are not in need of intensive training services, but need assistance in finding an appropriate job in their community. Some of the skills learned are resume preparation, interviewing skills and presentable personal appearance. Goodwill offers these services as an added benefit to the graduates of our other employment programs. While our graduates utilize this program, anyone entering the workforce is able to brush up on the hiring process. Our goal is match an employer with the appropriate person for the job. And to ensure both parties are equally satisfied with the match. |
