Sheltered Employment Services Goodwill offers employment training for individuals unable to gain competitive employment because of disabilities or disadvantages. Goodwill’s Sheltered Employment Services provide job skills that would be transferable to a community-based work setting. The Sheltered Employment Services program is tightly regimented to ensure each individual is receiving skills necessary to perform job duties with success and to continually increase self-sufficiency. The skills obtained through this program will ultimately lead to the opportunity to work integrally with a community-based employer.
